Returns & Refunds

This policy covers paid programs listed on think-zonex.pro. It supplements statutory rights for consumers in Korea, including withdrawal rights where applicable under the Framework Act on Consumers and related rules.

Where you qualify as a consumer purchasing at a distance, you may have a statutory withdrawal period (commonly 7 days) unless an exception applies because digital content has begun with your prior consent.

Beyond statutory rights, we may offer partial refunds for documented inability to continue (e.g., medical relocation) if requested before the second live session of cohort programs, subject to review.

Third-party exam vouchers, completed downloadable packs after access, and administrative fees disclosed at checkout are generally non-refundable.

Email admissions@think-zonex.pro with your full name, program, and reason. We respond within seven business days with a decision and any reconciliation steps.

Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days using the original payment path where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative with you.

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for incidental third-party costs.
