General Terms

By accessing think-zonex.pro and enrolling in programs operated by Think Zonex (“we”, “us”), you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

We provide professional training, mentor feedback, and related educational materials for cloud infrastructure topics. Schedules, cohort sizes, and formats are described on each program page and may be updated with notice where required by law.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, respect cohort guidelines, and use lab environments lawfully. Harassment or misuse of shared infrastructure may result in removal without refund except as stated in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Course materials, templates, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during and after the program unless otherwise stated. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

Training is educational and does not constitute professional advice for your employer. To the fullest extent permitted under the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions (Korea) and applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of materials.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

We may suspend access for breach of these terms. You may stop using services at any time; financial remedies follow the Returns & Refunds policy and statutory cooling-off rules where applicable.

We may update these terms with a revised “last updated” date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated through the email on file where practicable.
